We are seeking a Senior Harness Engineer. The main activities include: Supporting the system as a harness specialist to review requirements for harness aspects. Contributing to system technical specifications and harness requirements definition. Preparing and maintaining harness specifications and scope of work (SoW) for harness manufacturing subcontractor selection. Supporting subcontractor ITT selection, clarification, negotiation, and technical follow-up. Reviewing harness subcontractor design documentation, test procedures, and reports. Preparing and maintaining electrical harness EICD. Supporting in review of unit stress and worst-case analyses. Participating in and managing harness subsystem reviews and meetings with subcontractors. Supporting harness subsystem requirement closure. Processing NCRs and RFWs related to harness topics. Educational Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or equivalent. Experience: Experience in electrical systems and harness development. Software Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) Scientific/engineering tools like Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Spice, Visual Basic 3D CAD and harness routing Languages: English (mandatory) French (optional) Availability for short/medium business trips within Italy or abroad.
