Cocolevio - ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/ITSM Modules

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and other ServiceNow components based on business requirements. - Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other modules, to align with business processes. - Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various methods such as REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server. - Utilize ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) to automate tasks, enhance functionality, and develop custom solutions. - Design and implement complex workflows using the ServiceNow Workflow Editor to automate business processes. - Manage and manipulate data within the ServiceNow platform, including data import, export, and transformation. - Identify and resolve performance issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal system responsiveness and efficiency. - Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. - Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and communicate effectively on project status and timelines. - Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions. - Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and platform updates. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Participate actively in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Mandatory Skills : - Extensive hands-on experience in developing and customizing various ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and core platform capabilities. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script, Angular JS). - Experience with ServiceNow development tools and methodologies, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Update Sets. - Proven ability to develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow Implementation and Configuration : Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet specific business requirements. - Integration Experience : Solid understanding and practical experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate for building automated workflows and integrations. - Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting. - Relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. - Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and its application within ServiceNow. - Experience with Agile Methodologies : Proven experience working in an Agile development environment. - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks beyond Angular JS. - Understanding of relational databases and SQL. - Experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in ServiceNow. - Knowledge of security best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
