Your Mission Own and evolve Isleño’s internal tech platform—from optimizing low-code tools (Make.com, monday.com) to building our scalable, AI-powered v1.0. You’ll architect automation, lead engineering, and help us run as a self-driving company. What You’ll Do Own and evolve our internal systems Design multi-agent workflows (sales, fundraising, sourcing) Audit and optimize our current stack Build our custom v1.0 platform from scratch Lead a small, elite tech team Collaborate directly with CEO & leadership First 90 Days Stabilize current systems (Make.com, monday.com) Define agent architecture & roadmap Ship 2–3 high-impact automations Launch an AI-powered bot into production Present v1.0 blueprint to the exec team What We’re Looking For 8 years building internal platforms (low-code & full-code) Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or custom) ️ Skilled in Python, JS / TS, Docker, APIs, CI / CD Fluent in Make.com, monday.com Builder of systems—not just scripts ️ Great communicator who ships fast & clean Bonus Points Turned internal tools into products Marketplace / multi-location / franchise ops Built LLM-powered agents Obsessed with scalable systems Full ownership of the platform Equity real revenue impact Fast-moving, zero-politics culture Remote lifestyle-friendly team Ready to build the OS for a global real estate brand?
