You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across technology, risk, operations, marketing, and business units to deliver a scalable, innovative, and customer-centric platform that powers our global Auto business of Santander. Your goal is to stay ahead of partner and customer expectations while aligning with market trends, balancing innovation, simplicity, and commercial impact at scale.
