WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Analyze and originate underwriting opportunities and/or value-added financing solutions within Infra-TMT, CRE, and Fund Finance. Present underwriting and business opportunities to clients and internal committees. Work closely with origination teams on structuring, pricing, and liquidity assessment of financing opportunities. Define syndication strategies and coordinate between teams for smooth processes. Arrange and attend investor meetings, establishing relationships with investors. Manage mobilization strategies on primary and secondary markets, exploring new distribution routes. Gather market intelligence on transactions within the sectors to advise teams accurately. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 9-10 years in M&A, advisory, or Structured Finance, including financial modeling and credit understanding. Previous experience in infra-TMT across Europe. International experience is highly valuable. EDUCATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling. Understanding of key structuring features in Structured Finance, focusing on cash-flow and value lending analysis. Knowledge of debt capital market dynamics, bonds, and rating methodologies. Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask effectively, working independently and remotely across Europe. Proficient in Excel. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Proactive in originating opportunities and creative in problem-solving. Languages: Spanish and English (full professional proficiency). Additional: French, German, and/or Italian are valuable.
