Social Media Manager £26-39k Depending on Skills & Experience Petersfield | Hybrid Working (min 3 days in office) | Travel Required (UK and Overseas) VR/10464 My client is a highly successful, growing marketing agency, looking for a Social Media Manager who’s passionate about delivering exceptional content, driving growth, and leading client relationships confidently You’ll be responsible for managing organic social media content, supporting paid campaigns and helping to build real, measurable impact for clients’ brands. You’ll have a creative eye, a sharp sense for trends, and the confidence to be client-facing from the start Your role will involve: * Planning, creating, and managing organic social media content across multiple platforms * Supporting paid social media campaigns with a strong understanding of targeting, optimisation, and reporting * Growing and engaging audiences with a focus on driving ROI for clients * Leading day-to-day social media client communication and reporting * Keeping on top of social media trends and identifying opportunities to innovate * Creating or collaborating on simple design and graphic content (templates, posts, stories, etc.) * Working closely with internal teams to align social media with broader marketing strategies You will be the ideal candidate due to your: * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts professionally * Track record of growing accounts and delivering results through organic and paid campaigns * A keen interest in social trends, content formats, and platform developments * Some experience in graphic design (e.g. Adobe Suite) is preferred * Confident, professional, and capable of leading client conversations and presenting work * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when needed This is a great opportunity for an experienced social media specialist to come on board into a brand-new role and really make an impact.
