Graduate Transport Planner

Our client is a transport planning and infrastructure design consultancy who offer a unique, end-to-end service – guiding clients from pre-acquisition feasibility analysis, through the planning process to on-site implementation and ongoing monitoring. With professional teams based in 4 UK OFFICES, they are always well placed to provide our clients with a comprehensive development consultancy service across all land uses and throughout the UK and overseas, working with a broad range of clients including renewable energy companies, residential house builders, retail and mixed use and land promoters, specialising in all elements of Transport Planning and Detailed Design. They now have an opening for a Graduate Transport Planner based in their Bristol office. You will have; • A Degree level education in a relevant subject;ie;Geography/Mathematics/Transport Planning/Civil Engineering • Previous transport planning experience beneficial • Competent report writer, ideally with experience on transport assessments, statements & travel plans desirable • Experience in the use of Arcady, Picady, LinSig, GIS & AutoCAD desirable • Good communication & presentation skills; If successful, you will be joining an organisation with an excellent reputation in the market for the quality of their work. They have a large training budget and training is bespoke so is focused on individual strengths and weaknesses. They operate a bonus system and generous holidays and also allow working from home a couple of days a week, although a new starter is required to work in the office throughout their probationary period
