They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Residential Conveyancer to join their property team. You will be responsible for managing the legal process of purchasing properties off-plan, ensuring that transactions run smoothly from start to finish. A friendly, supportive team environment with regular social events. What you’ll be doing Manage the full cycle of off-plan conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion. Liaise with developers, buyers, solicitors, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and timely progression of transactions. Conduct thorough title checks and prepare legal documents, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Draft and review contracts, checking for any special conditions or variations required for off-plan purchases. Handle the exchange of contracts and ensure all conditions are met before completion. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the process. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations. Manage case files effectively. What you will have Understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, specifically in off-plan transactions. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to manage a caseload and work to tight deadlines. Outstanding client care skills, with the ability to explain legal matters relating to property in a clear and concise manner. Strong IT skills, including experience using case management systems. Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
