Your Role: You’ll handle a diverse range of residential property transactions , including: Freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages. Managing the full conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion. Advising and supporting clients with clear and timely communication. Overseeing contracts, reports, and compliance requirements. Liaising with solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer . Strong knowledge of residential property law and the conveyancing process. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple cases. Leadership potential – experience managing a team is a plus, but not essential. Comfortable using case management systems and office software.
