Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment. Configure and deploy Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and application management. Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues. Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and management of mobile devices, laptops, and desktops. Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting Ensure devices are compliant with security policies and standards. Deploy and manage applications through Intune. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues. Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff. Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures. Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security, and performance. To apply for this Sr. Intune Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include Good years of experience in IT, with good focus on Intune administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies. Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).(Intune) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should have experience in OS deployment (win 10 and 11) Experience with windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades Experience with managing Group Policy ServiceNow ticketing tool experience needed. Should have Power shell scripting/automation experience SCCM/MECM Knowledge
