Night Porter – Luxury Residential Building Location: South Kensington, London SW7 Salary: £27,000 per annum Shifts: 4 nights on, 4 nights off (7pm – 7am) Start Date: 31 July 2025 We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Night Porter to join the team at a prestigious residential development in South Kensington. Working nights on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, you will ensure the security, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the building during overnight hours. Key Duties: * Courteously greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors into the building * Conduct regular patrols and monitor security systems * Assist residents with luggage, deliveries, and general queries * Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, and the front courtyard * Manage keys, parcels, and record mail in the logbook * Handle calls, complaints, and report maintenance issues * Water communal garden areas as needed
