Process Optimisation Specialist

Join a manufacturing team as a Process Optimisation Specialist in the Western Cape! In this role, you will be responsible for improving production processes, analysing operations, and supporting new product launches through research and development. Your expertise in engineering design, fault finding, and process optimisation will be essential in ensuring better efficiency, quality, and cost control across manufacturing activities. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a high-speed production environment, along with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field. Strong problem-solving, technical knowledge, and good communication and teamwork skills will also be valuable. Being computer literate, especially in Excel, is important.
