IGA Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IGA Consultant with a deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining IGA solutions such as Saviynt, Sailpoint, Okta, SAP Cloud IGA, and others. The ideal candidate will have experience with IAM processes, system design, API integrations, and working within cloud environments like AWS and Azure. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage complex IAM processes and procedures to ensure effective governance and compliance. - Perform application onboarding into IGA platforms such as Saviynt, Sailpoint, and Okta. - Design and configure security solutions across various IAM platforms, ensuring smooth integration with broader security systems. - Prepare Design Documents and System Requirement Documents for IGA solutions. - Configure Saviynt Security Manager and other identity governance solutions to meet organizational needs. - Provide solutions for RBAC, PBAC, and ABAC concepts across applications. - Utilize middleware technologies such as Client Security Directory Integrator (TDI), Mulesoft, SAP PI, Apache Camel, and others for integration tasks. - Integrate API design patterns and Web Services (e.g., SCIM, REST, JSON, SOAP) for enhanced platform connectivity. - Work with cloud-hosted systems on AWS and Azure, ensuring configuration, integration, and maintenance. - Participate as an active member of a DevOps team to handle development, support, and maintenance activities. - Ensure IAM processes comply with standards and frameworks like SOX, SAP, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). - Handle entitlements governance, recertification, and other IAM-related tasks. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful IAM and IGA solution deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines and meet delivery goals. - Be proactive in sharing knowledge, contributing to team learning, and adopting best practices. Qualifications : - 8-12 years of experience working in Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) solutions. - Expertise in leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects, particularly in Saviynt, Sailpoint, Okta, SAP GRC, ServiceNow GRC. - Hands-on experience with cloud IGA solutions, application onboarding, and integration. - Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, Perl, PowerShell (desirable). - Strong understanding of API design (SCIM, REST, JSON, SOAP) and Web Services integration. - Expertise in RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, and their implementation across various platforms. - Familiarity with authentication frameworks like OIDC, OAuth, SAML. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. - Experience with systems hosted in major cloud environments, handling configuration, integration, and maintenance. - Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, delivering IAM projects using both. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields. - Relevant certifications in Identity & Access Management, Cloud Platforms, and Security (e.g., Sailpoint Certified, Saviynt Certified). - Experience delivering IGA solutions for RBAC/PBAC/ABAC. - Knowledge of SOX compliance, application access governance, and audit controls. - Strong analytical skills and experience querying SQL, working with data in Excel, and deriving actionable insights (ref:hirist.tech)
