Support Analyst - NAV/MS Dynamics

Role : Dynamics NAV Support Analyst. Duration : Full-time. Location : Mumbai/ Remote. Summary : This resource will be supporting- NAV operations, troubleshooting, and fixing Dynamics NAV related issues. Responsibilities : - NAV System Support : Act as the first point of contact for Dynamics NAV system-related queries. - Address and resolve issues, questions, and concerns, ensuring high user satisfaction and system functionality. - Process Analysis and Documentation : Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements. - Document processes and system specifications to ensure Dynamics NAV aligns with business goals. - User Training : Deliver comprehensive training to users on Dynamics NAV processes and functionalities, ensuring users are confident and proficient in system use. - Data Strategy and Management : Develop strategies for data conversion and oversee the data integrity during migrations. - Testing and Quality Assurance : Lead and verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the system's performance meets business and user requirements. - Expertise in Supply Chain Management : Apply in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, focusing on warehouse and distribution functions, to enhance system functionality and user experience. Requirements : - A minimum of 3 years of experience with Dynamics Navision/Business Central. - Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, especially in warehousing and distribution. - Proven ability in business process analysis, documentation, and user training. - Experience in data conversion strategies and testing methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. Work Environment : This job operates in various environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
