Project Manager

About this role We are looking for an IT service line/project manager based in Filton, Bristol, to join our Inetum UK technologies team. You will focus on improving equipment lifecycles (renewal processes, obsolescence management) within a leading aerospace customer organization as a full-time Inetum employee. You'll have the following responsibilities · Audit CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data quality. · Efficiency analysis with 10 “CMMi” maturity criteria and SWOT interviews to perform RCA. · Action planning and governance framework for improved lifecycle management. · Defining and track project deliverables · Managing stakeholder map & communications via RASCI · Managing communications hosting/animating workshops and providing drumbeat updates · Prepare and maintain roadmap, project schedules and RAID registers. · Ensuring customer best practice project management methodologies and tools are used, · Ensure projects adhere to applicable regulatory bodies & security principles You'll have the following skills & experience · HND/Degree in Business Information Technology or relevant experience · Project management certification PMP/APM/Prince · CMDB & data analysis, and expertise in process improvement. · Experience & understanding of equipment lifecycle management · Requirements analysis, refinement, and documentation using CMMi & RASCI · Working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello …) · Strong customer-facing, organizational, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. · Excellent documentation and written/verbal communication skills Location · Normal office hours Monday to Friday with minimum 3 days per week attendance at office location in Filton, Bristol Salary & Benefits · TBA depending on skills & experience benefits, BUPA etc. About Us Inetum is an agile IT services company that provides digital services and solutions, and a global group that helps companies and institutions to get the most out of digital flow.
