Job Opportunity: Power Platform Support Engineer Location: Hybrid in Reading (2-3 days on-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 benefits Start Date: ASAP A leading Microsoft partner is currently on the look out for a Power Platform Support Engineer to join their dynamic support team in Reading. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve client experiences. Your expertise will help ensure the Power Platform runs efficiently and effectively for a diverse customer base. Power Platform Support Engineer Key Responsibilities: Providing frontline technical support for users of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Collaborating directly with customers to resolve technical challenges Documenting, tracking, and managing support issues via ticketing systems Working alongside developers to escalate and resolve complex cases Offering feedback to refine product functionality and user experience Staying current with Power Platform developments through training and continuous learning Power Platform Support Engineer Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus) Confident troubleshooting skills across varied technical issues Familiarity with ticketing and CRM tools SQL/database knowledge is advantageous Additional Skills & Attributes Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving approach Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively A keen desire to learn and grow within the Power Platform ecosystem Confidence in navigating new challenges and introducing creative solutions Logical, systematic thinking with a calm, solutions-focused approach Apply directly to learn more about this exciting opportunity or connect with me on LinkedIn to stay updated on other engaging roles in this space.
