Technical Presales Engineer / UK & Europe (HEAT PUMPS) - west London, UK (CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UK WITHOUT THE NEED FOR SPONSORSHIP, AND MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FREELY IN THE EU WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS) A new vacancy for a Technical Presales Engineer (HEAT PUMPS) with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling systems. Based at the company's offices in the west London area, the Technical Presales Engineer (HEAT PUMPS) will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors & agents in the UK & Europe. Candidates should have some form of technical qualification in an engineering discipline, with at least 1yrs experience working with products related to HEAT PUMPS / RENEWABLE HEATING in a commercial office environment. Key requirements: Technical qualification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering discipline. Technical experience with HEAT PUMPS / RENEWABLE HEATING products (ideally 2yrs). Good practical understanding of water systems for sanitary & heating applications. Knowledge of HEAT PUMPS and WATER SYSTEMS. Knowledge of regulations and EU directives related to boilers and/or heat pumps. Knowledge of VRF systems/chillers would also be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Fluent English, both oral and written. Strong communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage. Business trips across Europe may be required from time to time
