About the Role: Our client is looking for an Electrical Testing & Inspection (T&I) Supervisor to join their team in East Kilbride. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing the electrical testing and inspection contract for the Northern region, ensuring all works are carried out safely, professionally, and in line with company procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and carry out scheduled Electrical Testing & Inspection tasks (e.g. Emergency Lighting, ECIR, PAT testing, Motors, Lightning Protection) * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards * Lead PPM and reactive works activities, ensuring effective team coordination * Manage third-party contractors to ensure work is performed safely and to the required standards * Maintain plant operations at identified sites and identify areas for improvement What We’re Looking For: * ONC/C&G or equivalent in electrical engineering discipline * C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Testing & Inspection certification * 18th Edition Electrical Qualification * Valid Driving License * Desirable: CMMS experience (SAM FM), HND/HNC Electrical Qualification Benefits: * 24 days annual leave ( public holidays) * Life cover (1.5x salary) * Employee discount schemes (retail, gym, cycle to work) * Training & professional development opportunities * Mental health & wellbeing support Apply now to join a leading company with exciting development opportunities
