Quality Systems Engineer Redditch, Worcestershire £35,000-£40,000 depending on previous experience. Full-Time, Permanent office based no hybrid We are recruiting for a leading company based in Redditch, known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Engineer to join the Quality team. As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001). You will play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization. Quality Systems Engineer key duties include: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet internal and external requirements. Lead internal audits and support external certification and customer audits. Monitor and report on quality KPIs and system performance. Support non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated across all processes. Facilitate training and awareness on quality systems and standards.The successful Quality Systems Engineer will have the following skills and experience:- Proven experience in a Quality Systems or Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Experience with internal auditing, document control, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools. Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree).Desirable: Certified Internal Auditor. Experience with PPAP, and 8D problem solving. Familiarity with customer-specific requirements and industry regulations.In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £35,000-£40,000 depending on your previous skills and experience.
