We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading FMCG company based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in driving projects, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives, while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the site Lead and implement engineering projects and upgrades Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations Supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers and technicians Maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime About You: Qualified in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Multiskilled) Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector Strong leadership and team management skills Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving ability Knowledge of lean manufacturing or CI methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Six Sigma) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Days-based role Salary & Benefits: £65,000 per annum Competitive benefits package Opportunities for further development and progression Join us and be a part of a forward-thinking company where your impact will be seen and valued.
