Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Engineer (Static Site) Location: Wimbledon Salary: Up to £47,000 Excellent Benefits Join a respected and growing Facilities Management company as a HVAC Engineer, working on a static site in Wimbledon. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across both the depot and train fleet, ensuring reliable and efficient operation at all times. What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £47,000 * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Private healthcare * Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (great work-life balance) * Static site – no travel required * Excellent training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: * Maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems across the train depot and onboard trains * Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimise downtime * Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works * Ensure all work complies with F-Gas and health & safety regulations * Work closely with site teams and external contractors to deliver high standards What You’ll Need: * Recognised HVAC qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) * F-Gas certification (Category 1) – essential * Strong experience working on commercial HVAC systems * Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently * Excellent communication and reliability If you're an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a secure position on a single site, with a strong salary and benefits, this could be the ideal role for you.
