Position Highlights: Role: Site Manager and/or Quality Control Manager Vacancies: 5 (Immediate Start) Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years Key Responsibilities: Site supervision and technical knowledge in cladding and fire remediation Managing on-site safety Leading teams effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Logistical and time management skills Competence in technical tools and software Financial awareness and cost control Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations Supervising technical work on-site Ensuring quality control at the workface Compiling and managing all QA activities Collaborating with stakeholders on all quality matters Salary Band: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum Locations: Based out of our head office in Portsmouth with projects throughout the country including - Bristol - Birmingham - Leeds - Nottingham (*Note: Flexibility for travel and short-term stays may be required.*) If you are passionate about delivering excellence and possess the skills to thrive in a dynamic construction environment, we want to hear from you
