Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: £Flexible to Attract Location: Oxfordshire Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with team management experience? Would you enjoy working for a national specialist sub contractor who are a clear market leader? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading suppliers to the housing sector. You will be managing a team of Project Quantity Surveyors who manage high value supply and install contacts for timber framed structures into national and regional housing developers. You can expect to work alongside teams of experienced and committed colleagues across sales, design, manufacturing and construction disciplines. We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who: Have a background working for a sub contractor - structural framing experience would be advantageous but not essential Are proficient in reviewing JCT contracts to a high standard Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage with an approach that also builds rapport and relationship Are able to showcase successful personnel and team management expertise Are willing to travel to projects when required Hold at least 7 years' experience in Quantity Surveying Possess a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial ManagementIf you are interested in this role please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
