Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN25 5AB. We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive with strong communication skills and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international automotive business. This role supports the execution of marketing campaigns that drive product visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Campaign Execution: Support fast rollout of sales-aligned campaigns across digital and print. ▪Event planning: Supporting the Events manager with preparation for global industry events. ▪Content Creation: Produce product-focused content to drive enquiries and brand engagement including photography and using photo editing software (can be trained). ▪Email & Digital Marketing: Execute targeted email and digital activity to boost traffic and conversions. ▪Customer Campaign Support: Deliver effective marketing support for customer promotions. ▪CRM Management: Keep the CRM updated with leads and support lead nurturing workflows. ▪Sales Team Support: Provide tools and materials to improve customer conversations and conversions. Experience and Skills: ▪1–2 years’ experience in marketing (B2B or automotive preferred). ▪Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. ▪Confident using email tools, CRM, Office 365, (Adobe Suite preferred) ▪Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a commercial environment.
