Maintenance Engineer - Specialist London £35,000 to £42,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Maintenance Engineer in London needed. Were recruiting on behalf of a leading serviced office company that designs, builds, and manages unique workspaces for some of the UKs most exciting brands. As they continue to expand, theyre now looking for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Specialist to ensure their growing portfolio of managed offices remains in top condition. The Role This is a hands-on position responsible for both ongoing maintenance and supporting the launch of new sites. Youll be the first point of call for on-site issues, carrying out repairs where possible or coordinating with specialist contractors where needed. Key Responsibilities Acting as the first line of support for maintenance issues across sites Performing general repairs including plumbing, minor electrical work, tiling, and decorating Attending site inspections, identifying and reporting more significant repair needs Supervising contractors and ensuring all work meets company standards Supporting office fit-outs and tenant move-ins (e.g. installing TVs, whiteboards) Light carpentry work such as building cabinets or fitting furniture About You Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or construction Comfortable with general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics Confident using tools and maintenance equipment A problem-solver who can think on their feet Presentable and professional when dealing with clients Organised with a strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a wider team Health & safety aware and proactive in spotting risks AMRT1_UKCT
