Victim Support has an exciting opportunity to help lead our specialist services for victims of crime in County. We are looking for a Domestic Abuse Team Leader to work in Cumbria. The role is home based with a requirement to work from our County wide Victim Support offices, within the Police stations across the county. Do you want to make a difference every day? This will include those at the highest risk of harm and victims of rape and serious sexual assault. To be successful in this role you will be flexible and proactive, have knowledge and experience of delivering a service and working directly with clients or service users in a statutory, voluntary or community work setting. A proven track record of managing a team delivering services of similar nature and scope, including performance management and staff development is essential. You will have experience of voluntary and statutory agencies, including a good understanding of the criminal justice, health and social care sectors.
