Night Manager

We are looking for a Night Manager who will lead and supervise Tanker and CCTV Drivers and operatives. Key Responsibilities: Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise Tanker and CCTV drivers and operatives to ensure optimal service delivery and adherence to company policies. Site Supervision :Monitor PPE compliance, operational safety, traffic management, and safe working practices. Coordinate A/P duties including gas entry monitoring, entry timings, and head counts, and provide recommendations to the General Manager for potential operational improvements Risk and Method Statements: Develop, implement, and monitor risk and method statements for all tanker and CCTV operations, ensuring alignment with safety and operational standards. Airport Operating Compliance and Permitting :Manage airside staff passes and operating permits, maintaining 24/7 operational readiness for all assets and personnel. Reporting: Provide detailed contract delivery reports to SES management and clients, including Gatwick Airports Engineering Team, highlighting program delivery and sustainability achievements Requirements: HGV Licence Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within operations, logistics, or environmental services. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams across varying shifts. Knowledge of risk management and method statement development.
