Site Services Manager Food Manufacturing Monday – Friday days Overview We’re hiring a Site Services Manager to oversee the full range of building, facilities, and site utilities within a busy food manufacturing facility. As the Site Services Manager, you’ll manage both day-to-day maintenance and longer-term project work, supporting production by keeping critical services running and continuously improving site performance. Responsibilities As the Site Services Manager , you will: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all site utilities, including steam, refrigeration, water, nitrogen, CO₂, compressed air, and effluent treatment. Manage reactive and planned maintenance across all site services and facilities infrastructure. Lead and support site projects related to infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and compliance. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate and manage contractors and third-party service providers. Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and health & safety teams. Requirements The ideal Site Services Manager will have: Proven experience in a Site Services Manager or Facilities Manager role, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing. Strong knowledge of site utilities systems: steam, refrigeration, water, compressed gases, and effluent treatment. Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent hands-on experience.
