US Market Medical Information Director

CK Group are recruiting for a US Market Medical Information Director to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge on a on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: £80 per hour PAYE, this role is inside ir35 US Market Medical Information Director Role: Develop and execute strategy for US customer engagement Provide strategic and operational oversight for and execution of Contact Centre (both Medical Information and Customer Information) Strategy Support the delivery of medical information to HCPs and patients to meet Market and Regulatory needs Monitor performance of team against agreed procedures and quality metrics Your Background: Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience Strong experience in Medical Information, Contact Centre, or related field Leadership skills; Prior Experience managing a diverse team Excellence in communication Strong innovation, decision-making making and problem-solving skills Company: Our client is the global leader in enabling pharma, biotech, and consumer health partners to optimize product development, launch, and full life-cycle supply for patients around the world.
