Sales Engineer

Role: Sales Engineer – Marine Boat Parts & Accessories Based: Southern England Based – UK coverage Salary: Competitive basic and pension at 4%. Role: Sales Engineer – Marine Boat Parts & Accessories: My client is a leading distributor, across 3 specific and diverse sectors. A requirement has been made to recruit a high-quality Sales Engineer to spearhead growth of their Marine Boat Parts & Boat Accessories business across Boat-yards across the UK, primarily the South-Coast. The role is to build upon their existing network and contacts with Boat-Builders and offer Boat Parts & Accessories. They can offer a tailored customised solution to any specific need of a Boat-Builder too due to their work-shop facility, so it is a combination of product off-the-shelf and engineered solution sales. The role is primarily customer facing, but two days in a Southern England office are required each week. The role reports into a Sales Engineering Manager. Candidate – Sales Engineer – Marine Boat Parts & Accessories: * Proven sales history of marine/boat based products & solutions although they would consider someone from a Boat background looking to move into sales, as long as they had the personality to work with customers. * Preferable if the candidate has worked with Boat Builders in some capacity across the South-Coast of England. * Commutable to a Southern based office twice a week and 3 days customer facing across the UK (South Coast mainly). * The candidate must be technically strong and be able to communicate comfortably with customers.
