Benefits: * Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) * Flexible working (split between office, home, and project sites) * Company vehicle or car allowance * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension scheme * Laptop, phone, and expenses * Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full lifecycle of electronic security installation projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, integrated systems) * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery * Coordinate site resources and subcontractors * Prepare project documentation including RAMS, schedules, and reports * Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations * Provide technical input and support to engineers and design teams * Track project performance using appropriate systems and tools * Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project duration Requirements: * Proven experience in project management within the electronic security industry * Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems * Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively * Good working knowledge of BS and NSI standards * Proficient in MS Office and project management software * Full UK driving licence * Relevant qualifications (Prince2, SSSTS/SMSTS, or equivalent) desirable Apply Now: If you're a skilled Security Project Manager based near Oxford looking to join a forward-thinking company offering flexibility, competitive pay, and long-term development, apply today with your CV for immediate consideration
