Grinding Machinist

Contek Recruitment are currently working with an Aerospace engineering company, located in Athersone, Warwickshire. Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking for a skilled Grinding Machinist to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This company have been operating for over 50 years, due to growth and an ever growing order book they are now looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. PAY: £18-20 per hour (Depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (07:30 AM until 16:00 PM) and Friday (07:30 AM until 15:00 PM). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Working on Jones & Shipman Universal Grinders. * Working on Jones & Shipman Surface Grinders. * Grinding of parts and components for the Aerospace industry. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience within universal and surface grinding is required. * A committed and driven approach to work. * Ambition to stay with the company long-term. * To have a hardworking approach towards daily requirements. * To be able to work unsupervised. * To be positive and self-motivated
