Lodge Manager – Luxury 5-Star Lodge | North West Province (Option to employ with partner in an administrative role) An exclusive 5-star safari lodge located in the North West Province is seeking a professional and experienced Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations at this premier destination. The lodge consists of three luxury camps , a total of 52 beds , and a live-in staff complement of 98 . This is a live-in role , operating on a 21 days on / 7 days off cycle, ideal for a hands-on manager who thrives in a high-end, remote bush environment. The lodge caters primarily to international guests , offering premium safari experiences, weddings, and romantic getaways. Position Details: Location: North West Province, South Africa Rotation: 21 days on / 7 days off Accommodation: Live-in with meals and utilities included Application Type: Individual applicants or individuals applying with a partner in administration Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Lodge Manager or General Manager in a luxury 5-star lodge Strong leadership, guest relations, and operational oversight experience Ability to manage and motivate a team of 98 live-in staff Comfortable managing weddings, honeymoons, and high-profile international guests Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong financial and administrative reporting skills If applying with a partner: the partner must have experience in hospitality or lodge administration Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across 3 camps Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with 5-star standards Manage staffing, logistics, budgets, and on-site coordination Liaise with ownership/head office on performance, reporting, and strategy Maintain high standards of service delivery, staff morale, and site presentation What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications) Live-in accommodation, meals, and utilities Regular rotation cycle (21/7) Opportunity to lead within a prestigious safari brand in a spectacular setting
