Job Description: This role is critical to support the Singapore FX & LCT trading desk to ensure all trades are timely and correctly captured. The role also involves resolving operational queries, including trade reconciliations and coordination with trading, Sales, Ops, and Finance teams. Filling this role is essential for maintaining BAU for the trading desk. Responsibilities: Trading Assistants (TA) support the Front Office with activities such as: Trade capture Funding Amendments Sales workflow Auctions Ad-hoc support like NPRs/NST, MIS, data gathering, acting as a tech liaison, projects, and change management Ensuring all trades are captured accurately and timely for the trading desk (bonds, futures, FX, OTC derivatives, etc.) Resolving operational queries, including trade reconciliations and coordination with relevant teams Responding promptly to internal client queries about trade bookings Liaising with departments to resolve risk issues Participating in ad hoc projects for new processes or initiatives Coordinating with Traders during the trade lifecycle to ensure accuracy and completeness of controls Engaging with Control Partners for queries related to trade bookings, PnL/Risk exceptions, or other team requirements Requirements: We seek a dynamic candidate who is quantitative, analytical, proactive, a team player, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of Rates derivatives products, and a solid understanding of derivatives sales and trading flows.
