Job Description
Represents the company before regulatory agencies and/or certification agencies and professional organizations such as ASQ. Directly attends failure analysis, complaints and information request for clients. Can act as a facilitator to the management staff regarding continuous improvement programs, lean manufacturing, six sigma, etc. Develops, implements and maintains, in coordination with other areas (i.e. purchasing and materials, engineering, etc) the supplier quality programs. Prepares and manages the objectives and budgets of the department, as well as validates and authorize standard operating procedures (SOP). Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and developing the quality department’s staff as well as acting as a facilitator. Responsible for managing subordinate’s performance. Also responsible for promoting and maintaining interdepartmental harmony. Requirements: Experience 4 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the medical industry Experience in quality systems. ISO 13485 Experience Experience in sustainment engineering. MUST LIVE IN TIJUANA
