Full Stack Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer located in Mexico to join a large HCM client on a full time basis. The successful candidate will join a large development initiative to assist in modernizing a Tax and Payments platform from legacy to cloud based platforms. Experience with C#/.NET, React, microservices, Rest APIs, MS SQL DB, cloud, containerization, unit testing, and conducting code reviews is essential to succeed in this role. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 5 years experience with object-oriented design principles using C#, .NET, and .NET Core and front-end experience with React or Angular. - Strong experience in building and leading cloud-based application development with Azure, AWS, or GCP - Experience with designing and implementing REST APIs, microservice architecture, and MFE (micro front-ends) - Experience with docker or kubernetes for containerization - Hands-on experience in applying design patterns, writing unit tests and optimizing performance using selenium or xUnit - Experience with TSQL and relational database systems - Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines, processes, and best practices - Excellent communication skills, ability to mentor junior developers on the team, and conduct PR requests/code reviews NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience with automation and integration testing using SpecFlow/Reqnroll - Experience with MongoDB or CosmosDB Compensation: ₱500,000 to ₱1,000,000 per year annual salary.
