The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that convey design concepts. - Ensure consistency across designs and adherence to branding guidelines. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate best practices. Qualifications : - Experience : UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. - Tools : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Skills : - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Experience in creating accessible and inclusive designs.
