Join Our Client's Legal Team: Administrative Assistant (Personal Injury – Court of Session & ASPIC Experience Required) Location: Glasgow Office | Full-Time Are you an experienced legal administrative professional with a strong background in personal injury law? Do you have hands-on experience with Court of Session and ASPIC procedures? They're looking for a confident, organised and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to assist across all Personal Injury Teams. About the Role: As a key member of the Personal Injury Team, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes and case handling. Your responsibilities will include: Copy typing legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality Drafting and formatting Court of Session and ASPIC court documents Managing and updating case management systems Organising diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating office logistics Handling calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion Supporting all areas of office administration including photocopying, scanning, and file maintenance What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a personal injury setting Working knowledge of Court of Session and ASPIC procedures and documentation Strong command of Microsoft Office and legal case management software Excellent communication and organisational skills A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity A proactive, team-focused mindset The ability to commute to our Glasgow office daily (hybrid options available post-training) Why Join?
