We are on the lookout for an established commercial insurance professional to join us as a Senior Virtual Account Executive. If so, we'd love to hear from you! This position is ideal for an established and productive professional with a strong background in Account Management/Broking. In the role you will ensure client needs are met and will help prepare, manage, implement and achieve business goals. You will act as a dedicated contact overseeing all aspects of your client's insurance management, to ensure clients obtain appropriate cover for their risk. Key Responsibilities: Strengthen effective long-term relationships with key clients. Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Work to implement successful account retention and defence strategies to ensure business is retained. Where appropriate, provide support to the client and/or claims teams in dealing with client claims. Actively participate in your own personal development and support in the development of other team members. Support identifying improvements to operational processes & procedures to the benefit of our clients & colleagues. Develop and strengthens meaningful working relationships with key underwriters through regular contact, to better serve clients. Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of commercial insurance which the business offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments to better advise professional colleagues and clients. Experience & Attributes: Substantial experience working in the Commercial Insurance industry Good academic record Knowledge of FCA requirements and standards Experience using Acturis is highly desirable Excellent customer service, organisational & time management skills Good understanding of MS Office Self-motivator & accountable Good team player Why Join Us?
