Service Team Manager – Fire & Security East London (Hybrid) |Full-Time, Permanent | £40,000–£55,000 DOE V7 are looking for a Service Team Manager to lead and support a team of field engineers, drive performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery. What You’ll Be Doing: * Oversee daily operations of field engineers to ensure efficiency and quality. * Recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent. * Coach and mentor team members to support growth and performance. * Manage on-call rotas and provide escalation support when needed. * Conduct site visits, audits, and investigations to uphold safety and quality standards. * Act as the go-to for technical queries from both engineering and office teams. * Contribute to revenue through technical escalations and aged jobs. * Lead regular team meetings and annual appraisals. What You’ll Bring: * 5 years of experience in fire & security systems. * Proven leadership or management experience (team coaching, training, or supervision). * Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of CASH for Windows a bonus. * Confident decision-maker with a practical, solution-focused mindset.
