Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Capable of working independently, while also contributing effectively within a team environment. Experienced in cutting, grinding, and drilling various materials to specification. Strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures, including company standards and process documentation. Diligent in recording production data, as well as logging equipment issues, adjustments, and any required maintenance. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address mechanical or safety concerns. Ensure machines are adequately stocked with tools and materials to minimise downtime. Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, creating a secure environment for yourself and colleagues.Manual Turner Requirements: Proven experience working to high-quality standards, particularly on precision-engineered components. Strong understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and operational procedures. Solid grasp of general engineering practices, including accurate measuring, marking out, manual drilling, tapping, basic fabrication setup, and tacking.
