Onsite Support Technician

Minimum requirements: Matric 5 years working experience in a similar environment A; N - MCP or MCSE or IT Diploma To support ESSN Enterprise software, servers, storage and networking products to existing and potential clients To support SLAs to existing and potential clients Ability to be able to learn and update your IT knowledge Key Responsibilities: Support SLAs to existing and potential clients Provide telephone, face to face and online support to the client Client liaison and communication to assist and resolve the clients IT system requirements within the agreed SLAs Provide customer service and manage the account to retain a long term business partnership Must provide high level product knowledge to enable an understanding of the companies value proposition, product range and service requirements Consultant: Timiyah de Goede - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
