Salesforce QA Engineer

About The Company: Randstad is the 1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly test Salesforce applications, features, and customizations (including Apex, Visualforce, integrations, and declarative configurations). Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functionality, performance, and security. Execute manual and automated tests to ensure application quality. Report, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure testing aligns with business requirements. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools or frameworks such as Testsigma. Participate in performance and load testing as needed. Document testing procedures, cases, and results for future reference. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Requirements Proven experience in QA with a focus on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture (including Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools). Experience with automated testing tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Testsigma, Selenium, Jira). Functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Ability to write, execute, and document test cases clearly and effectively. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and spoken), especially if working with global teams. Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder). Experience with JavaScript or other programming languages used for test automation. Familiarity with security or performance testing practices. Previous experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of Salesforce-specific QA tools like Copado or Provar. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team player with strong collaboration skills. Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic or fast-paced environments.
