Quality Analyst - Manual Testing

Job Description : - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure each software release meets high quality standards. - Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on wireframes and requirements. - Execute manual test cases, meticulously documenting steps and results. - Accurately report and track software defects and issues in ticketing systems. - Thoroughly verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with all team members, fostering a collaborative environment. What you'll bring : - Experience : At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance (QA) testing. - Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Usability & UI Testing : Experience in Usability testing and User Interface (UI) testing. - Test Case Writing : Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective test cases. - Web & Mobile Testing : Solid experience in testing both web applications and mobile applications (iOS and Android). - Analytical Skills : Must have strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand requirements thoroughly and identify potential issues.
