FP&A Accountant

A successful and growing organisation based in Leeds is looking for a commercially focused post qualified FP&A Accountant to join their finance team. This role will be instrumental in consolidating group-level financial performance, supporting effective decision-making, and providing high-quality insight to leadership. Key responsibilities include Delivering accurate and timely group-level management reporting and analysis Leading consolidated budget and forecast processes Preparing high-quality board reporting packs Conducting cost centre, regional, and client-level performance analysis Supporting key decision-making through insightful variance and trend analysis Partnering closely with finance leads across the organisation Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, internal controls What we’re looking for Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Previous people management experience Sox Reporting experience Package £60,000 - £65,000 Salary Hybrid working Attractive benefits package IPS Finance has 45 years’ experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
