Mechanical Engineer Waterloo £43,000 - £45,000 Our client is on the search for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a flagship site in Waterloo. You will join the largest building services providers in the UK who are well renowned for progressing their engineers with additional training and career development. In this role, you will undergo PPM and Reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, respond to emergencies on site, possess a client facing attitude and be responsible for general building maintenance on site. To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified in mechanical engineering, possess at least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance and to have a polite and client facing attitude. Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Sprinkler Systems Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units BMS Operation Requirements: Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing Salary and Benefits: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum £5,000 shift allowance Monday to Friday split shift 25 days holiday Pension package Overtime Available Potential training Great opportunity to progress internally
