Architectural Designer Coventry Up to £45,000 Aztrum is pleased to be working with a well-established practice, that have exciting accelerating growth plans in 2025. My client specialise in a number of different sectors, but are looking for an experienced all rounded Architectural Designer to work within their Hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Designer role: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements. Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay within budget. To work across RIBA Stages 0-7. Work closely with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and project coordination. Present design concepts, provide updates, and address feedback from clients to ensure their vision is fully realized. Advanced design tools and software in AutoCAD to create detailed 3D models and architectural drawings. Incorporate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions in all projects.Qualifications for this Architectural Designer role: Experience within the Hospitality sector, or having worked on large scale projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure). Proficiency in AutoCAD.
