Job Title: Architect Location: Essex Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 pa Our client is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice specialising in residential projects. They collaborate closely with a range of engineers, designers, and craftsmen, ensuring a commitment to excellence at every stage of the process. Key responsibilities for this Architect role includes: Lead projects from concept through construction, including design development, documentation, and contract administration. Manage client relationships, project budgets, timelines, and ensure quality assurance throughout. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct site visits for surveys, progress monitoring, and issue resolution. What we’re looking for in this Architect role: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture, with ARB registration. 3 years of professional experience in architecture, showcasing successful project delivery. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong design, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, time management, and a passion for sustainable, high-quality design.
