Required: Mechanical Contracts Manager Location: Cirencester, Gloucester Job Type: Permanent - Full time Salary (up to): £65k per annum - depending on experience (negotiable) Other benefits: Car allowance 25 days holiday Job Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of commercial, industrial, and public sector projects. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering commercial projects valued at £1.5 million or more, with a background in mechanical engineering installations. They should have a proven track record in commercial, industrial, and public sector buildings, and possess strong technical knowledge alongside solid commercial awareness. Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractors Monitor budgets, forecast spend, and control labour resources Conduct site visits to ensure quality and programme compliance Oversee health & safety, RAMS, and progress reporting Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams Prepare monthly valuations, variations, and O&M manuals Support tender submissions and manage multiple projectsKey Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Proven experience in mechanical services project management Commercially astute with a good grasp of HVAC and building services Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD experience beneficialHow do I apply?
