Required: Electrical Estimator Location: Cirencester, Gloucester Job Type: Permanent - Full time (Based in the Cirencester office with the possibility of hybrid working) Salary (up to): £50k per annum - negotiable on experience Other benefits: Performance bonus scheme, 25 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays Job Role: This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial M&E projects who is both technically proficient and commercially aware. Joining the pre-construction team in Cirencester, reporting to the contracts director but not limited to: Prepare and submit accurate tenders Vet supply chain offers to ensure best value Present tenders internally, highlighting project timelines, costing methods, and risks Lead tender adjudication meetings with clarity and confidenceExperience / Qualifications required: Proven experience in a similar role with an M&E contractor Strong understanding of commercial and warehousing sector projects Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Skilled in risk management, cost estimation, and value engineering Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good data handling ability Knowledge of other MEP disciplines, BREEAM, and sustainability is a plusHow do I apply?
